Components of the Pass/Bump	Minimal - Feet together or not balanced - Arms no in position to hit. Not prepared for ball - No perception of ball flight - No consistancy in hitting the ball - Irratic flight of ball with no control	Basic - Feet apart - Knees Bent - Arms bent - Hand together - No control of ball - Random hits on body and arms - random flight of ball. Uncontorlled	Proficient - Feet apart - Knees Bent - Arms extended - Hands together - Hands extened - Arms angled too much toward target - Low trajectory of ball - Ball contact at wrists or upper arms	Advanced - Feet apart - Knees Bent - Arms extended - Hands together - Hands extened downward away from body - Almost parallel to the ground - Whole body facing toward target - Ball Contact on fleshy part of forearm - Ball flight high and to the target
