3-Day Meal Plan 
Create a 3-day healthy meal. Plan each breakfast, lunch,dinner, snacks and beverages.Food intake for the day meets the daily recommended number of servings for each food group and stays within a 2000-2400 calorie limit. Each day of your meal plan must include: a) Three meals, two or three snacks, and drinks b) Serving sizes for each item to eat or drink c) Food group to which each food or drink item belongs d) Daily total number of servings for each food group
