Missing Sections	Excellent No sections of the journal are missing.	Good One - Two sections of the journal are missing.	Fair Three - Four sections of the journal are missing.	Poor Five or more sections of the journal are missing.
Organization	Excellent All assignment and/or notes are kept in a logical or numerical sequence.	Good One or two assignments and/or notes are not in a logical or numerical sequence.	Fair Three or Four assignments and/or notes are not in a logical or numerical sequence.	Poor More than four assignments and/or notes are not in a logical or numerical sequence.
Work Completion	Excellent All of the assignments look 100% completed.	Good Most of the assignments look 100% completed.	Fair Few of the assignments look 100% completed.	Poor None of the assignments look 100% completed.
