Very Good The question and hypothesis are clearly linked and relate directly to the topic. The question is concise and able to be proven true or false. The prediction is clear and a strong reason has been stated backing it up.
Procedure	Beginning The basics of the planned experiment or project are mentioned.	Satisfactory Some steps to be undertaken are mentioned. Some of the required supplies and equipment are listed.	Good Almost all of the steps planned for the experiment are listed, in order. The steps are clear and direct. Most of the equipment is listed.
