Meaning and Originality	Fair Prayer appears to be rushed. Work is very repetitive, and ideas are unoriginal.	Good Most of the prayer is creative, but appears to be rushed. This is evident in having some redundancy or use of cliches/copied work.	Excellent Prayer is creative and original. It is evident that the the student put thought into their words and uniquely conveyed their ideas and emotions.
Details and Imagery easy to read/font/pictures	Fair Difficult to visualize image or emotion;limited or no details or pictures	Good Some details are provided. Some use of imagery, idea, or emotion. Some pictures used that are connected to the content.	Excellent Vivid, detailed images and intensely felt emotion make the prayer come alive. Prayer creatively uses images to provide insightfulness for the reader.
Grammar	Fair There are numerous spelling or grammar errors, making the prayer difficult to understand. Punctuation is used incorrectly.	Good The prayer intended meaning is confusing by several spelling or grammar errors. Punctuation may be misused.	Excellent Proper use of English spelling and grammar is used consistently throughout the prayer. Punctuation is utilized when necessary.
