There are at least two goals written. They are specific but not achievable for the amount of time provided today.
Poor
There are not enough goals written for the amount of people in the group. They are not specific and/or not achievable for the amount of time provided today.
Example: I will fix the whole structure so it works.

There are at least two specific, achievable goals stated for the group to accomplish each day remaining in the week.
Example:
Tuesday- add two more statements to the coding draft; collect connection materials for the core structure of the robot; clean group box and put all extra pieces back on the supply cart.
Good
There is at least one specific, achievable goal stated for the group to accomplish each day remaining in the week.
Poor
The goals stated for the group to accomplish each day remaining in the week are not specific or achievable.
Example: we will finish the robot tomorrow then we will finish the code the next day
Group involvement
Excellent
All group members have spoken within the group goals development time and added at least one idea for their own task to the group goals sheet. All group members have read the final draft of the group goals sheet and signed their initials on the sheet.
Good
Group members have contributed some ideas. Statements have not been approved by all group members. There are some initials on the sheet.
Poor
Group members did not work together. One person developed the goals and wrote them out.
