Student follows Simulated Workplace Protocols for Teams & Student Engagement. Student works with their Support Buddies instead of asking management (the instructor) for help.

Above Mastery

Student followed all TestOut Lab instructions carefully. When confused, student re-read the directions on their own in order to understand the task. Students asked Support Buddy for help if confused or unclear about completing assignments. Student completed the assignments by the due date and was not a distraction to other students working around him/her.
Mastery

Student completely followed all TestOut Lab instructions. When confused, student asked a Support Buddy for help. Student completed the assignments on time, but needed occasional redirection from the teacher to stay on task and to not distract other students.
Below Mastery

Student completed the assignments, but needed frequent redirection from the teacher to stay on task or to not distract other students. Student did not consistently read the directions carefully or watch the training videos in order to understand the task.

Student had zero (0) UNEXCUSED absences for the year. Prepared to start class when bell rang. Paid attention to instructor when instructor was speaking.

Student has one (1) to five (5) UNEXCUSED absences for the year. Usually prepared to start class when bell rang, without being reminded by instructor. Usually paid attention to instructor when instructor was speaking.

Student has six (6) to ten (10) UNEXCUSED absences for the year.
Often unprepared to start class when bell rang. Needed occasional reminders by instructor to stay on-task. Occasionally distracted when instructor was speaking.

Student has more than ten (10) UNEXCUSED absences for the year. Usually unprepared to start class when bell rang. Needed frequent reminders by instructor to stay on-task. Often distracted when instructor was speaking.
