Science Fair: Grow a Smart Plant 
Students plant a tropical seed in a small pot. They need to create a procedure with relevance to the species chosen. Students create an accompanying lab report about their experiment, including a full description of the experiment (hypothesis, materials, procedure, data, and conclusion) and illustrations where appropriate.
