News Report Project Media's Influence of Politics: Graphic Organizer Rubric Students will be randomly divided into groups of three and use their news medium to communicate important information regarding their news story, event, or topic. The objective of the project is for students to use their understanding of how media effects politics to create and modify their own medium for the publics consumption. Students will apply principles and understandings learned in the unit to enhance their project. Engaging Does the groups news medium captivate the audience? Does it engage readers on both sides of the political spectrum?	1 Concept map has no images and is not colorful.	3 Concept map contains at least 1-2 images and is colorful.	5 Concept map has at least one image for each question asked and the map is colorful.
