Response	Exceeds Proficiency The answer is complete. All information provided is accurate. The answer demonstrates a deep understanding of the content. Writing is well organized, cohesive, and easy to read.	Meets Proficiency The answer is missing slight details. All information provided is accurate. The answer demonstrates understanding of the content. Writing is well organized, cohesive, and easy to read.	Partially Meets Proficiency The answer does not address a portion of the question, or major details are missing. The answer demonstrates basic understanding of the content. Writing is easy to read.	Does Not Meet Proficiency The answer to the question is lacking any detail. The answer demonstrates a lack of understanding of the content.
Paragraph and support	Exceeds Proficiency Paragraph has three or more complete supporting detail sentences that relate back to the main idea. All statements are accurate.	Meets Proficiency Paragraph has two or more complete supporting detail sentences. They relate back to the main idea.
