Radio Entertainment Talk Program Radio PSA A feature-based, non-fiction, informational non-news program (although news might be included), talk shows, coaches shows, and/or programs addressing community/campus issues. NO NEWSCASTS. No maximum entry length. Judges will be encouraged to listen to at least the first 10 consecutive minutes. Content and flow	Poor Program is choppy or difficult to follow; a lot of dead air. Organization is unclear	Fair Program lacks strong organization; jumps around too much. Production	Poor Audio quality of program was not adequate. Levels were not even. Voices couldn't be heard clearly.	Fair Audio quality of program was not adequate. Levels of music, voices and effects were not mixed well and the voices were often drowned out by music and effects.	Good Audio quality of program was adequate. Levels for the most part were well mixed and overall the voices could be heard clearly over the music and effects.	Excellent Audio quality of program was exceptional. All levels for music, voices, and effects were all heard distinctly and never felt distracting.
