Preparation of standard solutions

Insufficient

Prepares solutions not respecting the good laboratory practice (GLP) and/or does not apply the safety precautions. Does not draw attention to the instructions given to him/her.
Does not differentiate between stock and intermediate solutions and/or does not recognize their need in lab practice.
Below standard

Prepares standard solution in accordance to the GLP and applies the safety precautions. Does not draw attention to the instructions given to him/her.
Does not differentiate between stock and intermediate solutions and/or does not recognize their need in lab practice.
Standard

Prepares standard solution in accordance to the GLP and applies the safety precautions. Draws attention to the instructions given to him/her and acts in accordance to them. Differentiates between stock and intermediate solutions and recognizes their need in lab practice.
Above standard

Prepares standard solution in accordance to the GLP and applies the safety precautions. Draws attention to the instructions given to him/her and acts in accordance to them. Designs the scheme of set of standard salutions to fit the linear range. Produces the mathematical calculations to back up the chosen dillution scheme. Changes the dillution scheme when facing unexpected conditions (e.g., lack of the reagents, different expected concentration of the real sample).
Activity skill

Working in the team faced with a given problem to be solved

Insufficient

Acts in accordance to the defined role. Does not show any way of approaching the problem and/or does not classify given propositions into practicable or not if the list of available resources is known. Shows understanding of respect for teammates and time management.
Below standard

Acts in accordance to the defined role. Shows a ways of least one way of approaching the problem and/or classifies propositions into practicable or not if the list of available resources is known. Shows understanding of respect for teammates and time management.
Standard

Clearly defines roles. Shows different ways of approaching the problem and/or constructs solution scheme. Shows understanding of respect for teammates and time management.
Above standard
