On Task	Poor Student has a difficult time staying on task, sitting still, focusing on material with someone sitting next to them and redirecting them	Fair Student can only stay on task when prompted or redirected by an adult	Good Student needs a prompt to remain on tasks but can stay on that task without a prompt	Independent Mastery Student can remain on task without any prompts
Verbal Prompts	Poor 4 or more prompts to remain on task during each academic class after the first initial prompt	Fair 2 or 3 verbal prompts to remain of task, in addition to the first initial prompt, during each academic class	Good One verbal prompt during each academic class after the first initial prompt	Independent Mastery No verbal prompts during any academic class after the initial prompt
