Script format	Needs Improvement The proper script format was not followed and it is very hard to follow or confusing to read. Does not have a title and or character list. Script does not follow the 30 second time limit.	Approaching Standards Some parts of the script are written correctly but it is hard to follow at times or parts are written incorrectly. Does not have a title and or character list. Script does not follow the 30 second time limit.	Meets Standards The script is written in the correct format and it is easy to read and follow. Script includes a title and character list. Script follows the 30 second time limit.
Message	Needs Improvement There is no message to the PSA. Actions do not connect one event to the next and it is confusing to follow. Or message does not follow the correct subjects. (Message must be about substance abuse, drugs, alcohol or vaping)	Approaching Standards There is a message to the PSA but it is very generalized and could use more detail. Or message does not follow the correct subjects. (Message must be about substance abuse, drugs, alcohol or vaping)	Meets Standards There is a strong message and the actions connect each event to the next. The actions, dialogue and message are also easy to follow and makes sense.
Teamwork	Needs Improvement Students did not work as a team and/or did not contribute equally to the presentation.	Approaching Standards Students had some problems working together, but overall an equal contribution can be seen in the presentation.	Meets Standards All students consistently put in an equal effort to work together and each contributed to the presentation.
