ball does not contact both forearms.

Elbows straight but strikes one arm only, body not centered behind the ball.
Proficient

Contacts ball with both forearms. Directs the ball using the follow through of standing up and lifting forearms.

Waits for the ball. Takes ball in center of body. Contact occurs near the elbow of the forearms. Able to direct the ball to intended target.

Shanks the ball off to an out of bounds area or away from intended target.

Ball gets to a playable area. Passes ping pong over the net, but not to a team mate.

Ball travels to intended target. Able to pass to a team mate in a game situation. Completes follow through and appears very smooth in all areas.
