Compound Word Match Compound Word Match Cut and paste pictures that were generated by teacher. Paste them on index cards and label the cards by the name of the picture. Fair Words printed on cards are mostly compound words and are at least readable by other students.	Good Words printed on cards are compound words, are written neatly and are spelled correctly.
group participation	Poor Student does not interact with other students in trying to find a match and create a compound word.	Fair Student stands at his/her desk and lets others come to him to find a match and create a compound word.	Good Student actively participates and wanders around the classroom searching and successfully finding a match and creating a new compound word.
