Eye contact	D= Does not meet Little to no eye contact	M= Meets At least 50% of time eye contact was made	E= Exceeds At least 85% of time eye contact was made
Fluency	D= Does not meet Little to no fluent reading	M= Meets At least 50% of the time read fluently	E= Exceeds At least 85% of the time read fluently
Voice Volume	D= Does not meet Little to no volume could be heard clearly	M= Meets At least 50% of the time volume was heard clearly	E= Exceeds At least 85% of the time volume was heard clearly
