Radial Paper Sculpture 
The students will be able to create a papr relief sculpture with radial symmetry, using 3 different origami folds and 3 colors of paper with 100% accuracy. The students will be able to identify relief sculpture and balance as a design element with 100% accuracy. Good craftsmanship in folding, gluing, and arranging and should be evident.

Craftsmanship

Neatness demonstrated through designing the folds, arranging the colors and gluing.

Origami has been placed exceptionally well. Student followed in structions given. Design was though out thorougly.
Level 3

The student demonstrates good craftmanship and neatness when using chosen art materials. Design is well presented in project.
Level 2

Origami were placed in an organized waybut may have had issues in some sections. Project can be neater and student could have put forth more effort.
Level 1

Craftsmanship needs much imporvement. Origami folds were not neat and crisp.
Use of Class Time

Level 4

project was handed in on time. Student came to class prepared and put forth their best effort. He/She followed directions and asked questions in class. Student put in extra time to work on their project or added additional work beyond requirements.
Level 3

Project was handed in on time . Student came to class on time, prepared, and put forth his best effort. They followed directions and asked questions in calss.
Level 2

Student fulfilled requirements of the assignment. They may have been off task and needed reminders to work. They may not have always followed directions or put forth their best effort. Could do better.
Level 1

Project was not turned in or did not fulfill the requiremenets of the lesson. Student did not put forth the effort needed to complete the work and /or did not follow directions. Student was off task often in class.
