Task Items	Fair Completed under 2-3 items.	Good Completed between 4 items.	Excellent Completed all 5 items.
Board	Fair Board was all over the place and BINGO was not created by the activities completed.	Good Board was mostly organized and checked off pertaining to activities. BINGO was created one time.	Excellent Board was easy to follow and clearly marked off for teacher to follow including creating BINGO two times.
