Satisfactory I participated in the lab activity from time-to-time, but did not put forth much effort.	Excellent I student participated in the lab activity the entire time and gave 100% effort.
Student Behavior	Needs Improvement I had to be redirected three or more times for talking too loud and/or during direct instruction, disrupting others or other inappropriate behavior.	Satisfactory I had to be redirected one to two times for talking too loud and/or during direct instruction, disrupting others or other inappropriate behavior.
