Meal Planning Menu Project 
The students will use their knowledge of the MyPlate to plan 5 days of meals consisting of breakfast, snack and supper. They will also incorporate physical activity into their plan.

Breakfast

Each Breakfast must contain two different foods from two different food groups and a beverage other than water. Foods should not be repeated throughout the 5 days.
