Shampooing the Hair

Draping	Client is worried. Did not Drappe the client and use the proper procedure to start the Service	Client thinks You Are Pretty Good the student prepare and drappe the client but did not use the correct procedure	You Just Got a $5.00 tip Drappe the client and use the proper steps
Wetting the Hair	Client is worried. The water is cold and the pressure is a trickle of water. Client gets splashed in the face and the ears are full of water.	Client thinks You Are Pretty Good The water temp. is ALMOST comfortable and the pressure is good. Client only gets a little water in ears.	You Just Got a $5.00 tip The water temp. is perfect (a nice warm/hot temp.) and the correct amount of pressure is used. The client is dry.
Shampoo massage	Client is worried. Student rubs shampoo into the hair.	Client thinks You Are Pretty Good Student uses massage, but not enough pressure.
