Preparation is obvious. Performer knows what they are doing. It is obvious that a lot of practice has gone into the audition. They are wearing their costumes or have pictures of them.

Some preparation has taken place. Performer knows most of their audition material. It is obvious that some practice has taken place. They have pictures of costume, or they explain a clear description.
Fair

Parts of the act were forgotten. It is clear that the audition material was not practiced much. They have no pictures of costumes and cannot describe their idea clearly.

There was no practice or preparation that went into this audition. No costume ideas at all.
