Mechanics/Flowers 10 pts Flowers are wired correctly and wrinkle free.	Advanced Piercing method was used, wire is wrapped tightly and smoothly. Bow/accesories are firmly attached and appropriate in size for corsage/boutonniere.	Beyond Piercing method was used, wire is wrapped smoothly.	Competent Piercing method used but wrinkles are visible.	Not Yet Competent Flower not wired properly, lots of wrinkles.
Foliage 10 pts Foliage is appropriately sized for flower and is firmly attached.	Advanced Flower foliage flow together as one. Foliage is appropriate for size of flower. Foliage is attached correctly.	Beyond Flower foliage flow together as one and is attached correctly and firmly.	Competent Foliage is too large or too small for flower, and is loosely attached.	Not Yet Competent Forgot to add foliage therefore it is not attached at all.
Wire 10 pts All wires are wrapped smoothly.	Advanced Difficult to detect wire is even in place. Very smooth.	Beyond Smooth but some overlap is detected.	Competent Some wrinkles in tape due to overlapping.	Not Yet Competent Tape falling off due to not pulling tight enough.
Flowers/Mechanics 10 pts Flowers have not been damaged.	Advanced Mechanics are strong, stable, and long lasting. Flowers and foliage in perfect shape. Extra pins are included with item and item is correctly packaged and labeled with customer name.	Beyond Mechanics are strong, stable, and long lasting. Flowers and foliage in perfect shape. Pins are included with item. Item is correctly packaged.	Competent Mechanics are stable but a little frustration was taken out on the flower during construction. Pins are included and item is packaged correctly.	Not Yet Competent The design lacks mechanics or they are incorrectly installed. No tape used- no wire used. Does not include pins. Packaging is nor sufficient for item.
Saleable Item 10 pts Corsage/boutonniere is a saleable item.	Advanced Customer would pay for product and come back for another sale.	Beyond Customer would pay for product but would probably not return.	Competent Customer wouldn't even pay and will never come back.	Not Yet Competent NO SALE!!!
