Health Triangle 
This project requires you to do a self-assessment on your overall health, including physical, mental/emotional and social health. You will evaluate your triangle and note where improvements can be made to create a healthy balance. This guide will reflect the Health Triangle and include evidence of your health in each area. The Health Triangle will also include evidence of things you can do to improve in each area of health.
