The answers are not in the ACE format.
The answers are incorrect.
The questions are off topic.
Format
Excellent
Student made test is well done, follows all requirements, has extra elements, answers are easy to read. In addition, goes beyond the learning goal.

Test meets all requirements and is neatly done and easy to understand. Shows strong evidence of effort and attention to detail.
Fair
Test meets all the basic requirements.
Poor
Test is missing some of the requirements; messy and hard to understand.

Test is not done according to the requirements.
