Student athlete shows respect to teammates and opponents. Is fair, controlled, and has courage and confidence. Shakes hands with winning or losing team.
Cooperation

Student athlete directs attention somewhere else and does his/her own thing.

Student athlete is involved most of the time. Participates in simple tasks, but avoids difficult tasks.
Exceptional

Student athlete engages in listening to coach's lessons and working together with teammates for improvement.

Student athlete also becomes upset, gives up on game situation, or cries when losing.

Student athlete fluctuates between being calm and angry about game situation.

Student athlete encourages and motivates teammates for the point or to do better. Displays positive feelings and feedbacks to help team.
Effort

Unsatisfactory

Student athlete refuses to participate in activities. Distracts or interferes with teammates' focus.
Satisfactory

Student athlete often participates and displays little effort in activities such as barely making contact with the ball or little motion.
Exceptional

Student athlete gives 100% in participating. Highly engages with teammates and activities through readiness.
