Proficient - Content is comprehensive, accurate, and persuasive. - Expectations are addressed and well supported. - Content and purpose of the writing are clear.
Organization & Structure	Emerging - Organization and structure detract from the message of the writer. - Paper consists of less than 1 paragraph. - Paragraphs are disjointed and lack transition of thoughts. -Citations and references are not provided.	Adequate - Structure of the paper is not easy to follow. - Paper consists of at least 1 paragraph - Paragraph transitions need improvement. - Paper provides citations, but they are incorrectly prepared.	Proficient - Structure of the paper is clear and easy to follow. - Consists of not more than 2 paragraphs - Paragraph transitions are present and logical and maintain the flow of thought throughout the paper. - Citations and references are used appropriately.
