Exploring the Southern Gothic 
In this WebQuest students will be to create a short story that successfully identifies literary approaches that make up the iconic Southern Gothic writing style and the historical influences that have shaped this genre of writing.

Had a detailed reflection describing everything they used in their story along with their rationale.

Use proper grammar throughout the story and reflection.

Significant mechanical errors— hard to read and follow because of errors

Frequent mechanical errors distract reader from understanding content
