This rubric measures the skills needed in order to work effectively at a job site. These are skills we practice daily in our exceptional education, daily living skills classes.

Getting Started 10 %	Not able to Perform Capable of starting task independently, but refuses to or needs significant prompting.	Needs Improvement Needs full assistance to recall what task is being worked on, to locate work area and begin a worrk task.	Satisfactory skill level Can recall what work needs to be completed and can find work area, but needs some assistance to get started.	Mastery of skill Independently recalls task being completed, finds work area, gets materials ready and begins working.
Working Habits 10 %	Not able to Perform Can not stay on task without full assistance.	Needs Improvement Needs frequent assistance to stay on-task and to complete a task according to specifications.	Satisfactory skill level Needs some assistance/verbal reminders to stay on task and to complete tasks according to specifications.	Mastery of skill Independently continues working, takes scheduled breaks and completes the work assigned according to specifications.
