Your cover conveys something about you visually: a drawing, a collage, family photo or photos

Your writing gives the place (location, city, state) and date of birth, as well as what order of child you were to your parents. You describe three significant events from American history that happened on that day. One of these events should be connected to where you were born (if possible). (250-300 words).

Effort was made to creatively design the family tree.

Interview was with oldest surviving relative (at least grandparent). Interview contained at least 20 questions, with the first six questions from the guideline sheet included.
