Organization & Structure	Excellent - Structure of the paper is clear and easy to follow.	Fair - Structure of the paper is not easy to follow. - Paragraph transitions need improvement.	Poor - Organization and structure detract from the message of the writer. - Paragraph is disjointed and lack transition of thoughts.
Interesting Narrative	Excellent -Includes the use of appropriate jargon or conversational tone.	Fair -Includes the use of some jargon or conversational tone.	Poor -Includes minimal to no use of some jargon or conversational tone.
