Beginning (Level 1)
Information is confusing and difficult to follow. Presenter is difficult to hear. They sound disinterested in the topic.
Approaching (Level 2)
Information presented is slightly confusing. Presented is either too quiet or loud while speaking. They sound unenthusiastic.
Meeting (Level 3)
Information presented is mostly clear. Presenter speaks with some variety of tone, and volume They sound sound mildly interested in the topic.
Exceeding (Level 4)
Information presented in a clear and concise manner. Presenter speaks at a consistent tone, and volume. They sound interested in the topic.
Organization
Beginning (Level 1)
Speaker had no clear direction/order of the topic(s)/information. Flustered/tried to "wing it". Clearly not rehearsed.
Approaching (Level 2)
Speaker seemed to have an idea of the direction/order in which the information should be presented, but struggled to get there. Did not seemed very rehearsed.

Information provided was ONLY useful. Addressed ALL parts of the study guide. Speaker had an in depth understanding of the information and answered any questions presented.

Beginning (Level 1)
Presentation is less than 5 minutes. Pace is inconsistent.
Approaching (Level 2)
Presentation is 3-4 minutes shorter than allotted time. Pace is mostly inconsistent (sometimes rushing or dragging on).
Meeting (Level 3)
Presentation is 1-2 minutes shorter than allotted time. Pace is mostly consistent.
Exceeding (Level 4)
Presentation meets the allotted time (10 minutes). They keep consistent pace.
