Overview:
The final exam in History 30 will be an in-class essay. The essay will require an introduction complete with a thesis statement, 3 body paragraphs explaining the thesis statement (in the same order as they appear in the thesis statement), and a conclusion. Students will be expected to consult resources to construct their essay. Students will bring in a bibliography of the resources used into the final exam.

Essay elaborates on all 3 aspects. Each paragraph makes a point, provides evidence, and clearly explains each aspect. Each aspect is connected to the thesis and is thoroughly supported. There is a strong introduction and conclusion.
