Organization	Needs some work Material is unorganized and difficult to understand. Missing a number of pieces.	You're on your way... Organization is basic. Missing more than a few pieces.	You got it! Materials presented in an effective manner. Very few pieces missing.	Outstanding! Materials presented in a very creative and effective manner. No pieces missing.
Self reflections	Needs some work Missing a lot of self reflections. Self reflections show very little thought.	You're on your way... Missing a few self reflections. Self reflections are basic.	You got it! Not missing any self reflections; however, reflections little thought.	Outstanding! There are no reflections missing. All of the self reflections are very insightful and show careful consideration.
