Reasoning	Level 1 -only a few simple ideas are connected to the topic -no supporting details	Level 2 -simple ideas are sometimes connected to the topic -some supportive details - the recount is not clear	Level 3 -ideas are connected to the topic -there are enough supporting details to understand what is being recounted	Level 4 -well-developed ideas connected to the topic -many supporting details that enhance the recount
