Student performed leak test properly, proper size tubes and bag was placed on the machine, levels of Isoflurane were checked, levels of oxygen were checked.

Student was confident in the anesthesia role. No prompting was needed from instructor, student successfully monitored and recorded all data.

Student was not correctly monitoring patient, was upset/anxious and/or asked to leave the surgery. IF THIS HAPPENS DURING SURGERY, STUDENT WILL RECEIVE A ZERO FOR THE DAY.
