Ease of Use	Exceptional Tool is extremely easy to use and has simple accessibility. Any student can use the tool. Students are able to use the tool without asking for help.	Satisfactory Tool is of moderate use and accessibility. Some parts are confusing. Younger students may have a hard time using the tool. Students are able to use the tool with very minimal help from the teacher.	Beginning Tool is very hard to use and has difficult accessibility. Younger students would not be able to use the tool. Students would need lots of help from the teacher.
Engagement	Exceptional Tool allows high levels of engagement from all students. Allows anyone to participate. Tool is exciting to use and persuades students to use the tool more.	Satisfactory Tool allows medium levels of engagement from all students. Allows half of the students to participate. Tool is somewhat boring to use, but students are still persuaded to use it.	Beginning Tool allows low levels of engagement from all students. Allows a very minimal number of students to participate. Tool is very boring to use, and students do not want to use it again.
Relevance	Exceptional Tool is very relevant to the content that is learned in class. Allows the students to exceed in their learning. Tool is appropriate for age level.	Satisfactory Tool is somewhat relevant to the content that is learned in class. Allows the students to engage in their learning, but may lead them to unnecessary information. Tool is ok for age level.	Beginning Tool is not relevant at all to the content that is learned in class. Doesn't allow the students to engage in their learning, has nothing to do with school activities. Tool is not appropriate for age level.
