taste	excellent the soup was easily identifiable and had expected high quality flavors	good the soup was good but not as easily identifiable as it should have been	fair the soup was edible but had inconsistancies not expected in the recipe	poor the soup was complete was not edible as it had no characteristics of a complete soup	incomplete the soup was never completed

consistancy of cuts	excellent the cuts were excellent and all the same size	good the goods were a little inconsistant but still usable	fair the cuts were inconsistant and some were raw when cooked	poor the cuts could not be cooked proerly due to inconsistant sizes	incomplete the soup was never completed
thickness	excellent the soup had perfect consistancy and thickness for the recipe	good the soup was a little thinner or thicker than expected but still good	fair the soup was incoorectly thickened but could be corrected by the instructor	poor the soup was not correctly thickened and could not be used	incomplete the soup was never completed
