	Excellent 10 pts	good 8 pts	fair 6 pts	Poor 4 pts
Neatness 10 pts	Excellent Neat, organized by dates, is in an acceptable writing utensil , notebook has no ripped pages, all assignments,handouts,notes, etc., are accounted for	good Assignments are in an acceptable writing utensil, dated, notebook has 1-3 ripped, missing pages	fair Assignments are in an acceptable writing utensil , notebook has 4-6 ripped pages, missing dates,	Poor Some things are in an acceptable writing utensil,notebook has 6+ ripped or missing pages, dates are missing
Work/Notes/Data 10 pts	Excellent All work/notes/data, dated, neat,legible	good No more than one set of notes missing, legible, dated	fair Several sections and dates missing on notes, neatness is lacking, put legible.	Poor limited notes, undated material, not in order
