Mechanics & Overall Style The slideshow should be at least 8 slides long. The introduction slide, a slide for each guiding question/topic, and a conclusion slide. Punctuation, spelling, and grammar are being assessed.	Exceeds Expectations Few to no errors in punctuation, spelling, grammar, or capitalization. Precise and specific vocabulary was used. All topics are present in their slideshow and have their own slide/section. Pictures are included on every slide which relates to the topic and serve a purpose. Needs Improvement A few errors in punctuation, grammar, spelling, and capitalization. The organization is clear. Some transitions are present, while others are either inappropriate or missing. Writing is clear, but sentences may lack variety. The tone is inconsistent and word choice, while adequate, could be better. Missing two topics in their slideshow. Pictures are included on some slides.	Unsatisfactory Distracting and major errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. No discernable organization. Transitions are not present. Writing is confusing and hard to follow. Contains fragments and/or run-on sentences. The tone and purpose is inconsistent and difficult to determine. The word choice is inadequate. Missing more than two topics in their slideshow. Pictures are included on few to no slides.
