Able to connect to an abstract artist that were was presented in the introduction of this project. However students needed to incorporate composition and rhythm using color and texture.<BR>
Have a strong composition. Eye of viewer is able to move throughout the painting.<BR>
The three paintings need to connect to each other in sequence.<BR>
Artwork should reflect unity. <BR>
It should have a strong composition.

The artwork is planned carefully; understanding of all concepts and instructions is clearly shown.<BR>
Artwork all comes together in harmony. Colors, textures, line, all work together.<BR>
Composition has asymmetry, diagonal, and thirds that properly work on page.

Artwork does have very strong areas that stand out in their excellence.<BR>

However, there are other areas that do not work in the art. Instead they are a distraction to the overall piece. These areas were talked about in critique.

The composition fills the space of the paper. Colors work well together. Texture contributes to the unity of the project.

The student blended the colors well. Colors work well together in work to express their ideas and concepts. Student created texture in work that allowed the audience to connect to the ideas being presented to them.

The student used some colors that worked well together, and they worked hard to use texture and line to help them express their representation of their ideas.

Student did write a critique, had full attention to their peers and gave feedback.<BR>

However, their critique did not show any real depth in fully evaluating their own work.

Critique was not 30 sentences and very little introspection was evident in their critique.<BR>
