Extemporaneous Speech Rubric for J10s. The students will all be given the same topic. Student will have a maximum of 5 minutes to research and prepare before presenting. All speeches need to be a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes.

Oral Presentation Rubric

The students will put together an electronic presentation to show during their oral presentation. The presentation will contain information that the students collected regarding world religions The group oral presentation must be aligned with their electronic presentation.

After reading The Great Gatsby, students will research a topic relating the the 1920's and present their research with a Slide Show presentation.

Students choose a topic, follow the research process and create a multimedia presentation or prepare and execute debate

Students will create a video of a cooking demonstration using a recipe of a favorite dish. They will incorporate SPANISH informal commands per notes.

Students will create a lesson plan and implement the plan based their understanding of key ideals of the mindset they've selected.

Reference assigned chapter in textbook(17) You must use at least 14 of the 19 terms in a two group assignment, and all 19 terms in a three group assignment. Your skit should be situational and entertaining. You may use props and other students in the class to assist you with your skit. Skit must be presented in front of the class.

Mineral Presentations

Student will dress up and act like the main character from the book they are reading.

The purpose of this project is to learn about Washington, D.C. and many of the famous buildings, monuments and memorials you will be visiting. You will create a colorful and very informative Powerpoint telling us the history and importance of your location. Remember to include information on the Who, What, Where, and Why….Also, include many, many photos and lots of interesting facts….

Students will deliver a speech based on a selected special occasion: Speech will be graded on organization, delivery and time.
