The students will design lesson plans to be presented to their classmates who will use this rubric to grade the lesson plans and presentations.

Research the approved topic. Submit 3-5 typed pages of publishing the results of your research. Include a Works Cited page with at 3-5 sources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on suffiency of research to support the thesis, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, and relevance of included information. Grade will be based on organization, clarity, use of transitions, appropriate voice, correct citation format, grammar, spelling and punctuation.

The students will put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the theme of the assignment. The poster will be designed on poster board.
