You will be writing a children's book in French using the verbs you have learned this year. The 'book' must be at least 10 pages long and have 2-3 sentences per page. Each 'page' must be illustrated in color. The book must have a cover with a title and author. (Students may make the final copy of the project into a digital storybook, using Microsoft Photostory, or PowerPoint, or a similar program that is able to be played on school computers, if they choose not to use paper)

Create a presentation to educate your class about a specific drug. You must include the classification of the drug, its actual name and any known street names, how it affects your body and/or mind, its level of addictiveness, where it is found, what it looks like, why anyone might want to take it, a list of similar drugs and any other information that you think may be useful.

Create a board game that reflects all 8 parts of speech; adjectives, nouns, verbs, pronouns, prepositions, interjections, adverbs, conjunctions. Higher level questions earn more points than recall. Additionally, you must include questions regarding the present and past progressive and simple present verb tenses. Your board game can be based on one that is already in existence such as Monopoly or Trivial Pursuit. Your project must also include a summary of the learning objective.

This rubric is to be used to grade the final project for a technology enhanced unit on the ecosystem. Seventh grade students researched the ecosystems and created a PowerPoint and a model to present their findings.
