This rubric can be used with intermediate classes of any foreign language. Note: No mark will be given if the presentation is read from a script.

This rubric is designed to assess the presentation of the group activity. The rubric should consider the performance of the group as a whole.

Make presentation of a daily routine in Spanish using minimum 10 reflexive verbs (levantarse, lavarse, etc), sentence connectors (despues, luego, mas tarde), verbs (desayunar, dormir, comer, etc) and time. You can do yours or someone else´s routine.

The student will work in pairs to research and present to the class their research on a Hispanic country. This presentation will be done in Powerpoint. The information will include: map of the country, flag, country facts, holidays, food, and at least one famous person from this country.

Daily Routine/Reflexives Spanish

Students will travel to a restaurant and order in Spanish using commands.

Students will prepare a skit about ordering in a restaurant using the frases and vocabulary from Unidad 5-Capítulo 7. The "meseros" will be native speakers at "Quesadillas."

Research a historical event and present your information to the class using the preterit and imperfect to describe the event in detail.
