Students will evaluate their own reading fluency, and classmates' fluency.

You will be given a Theorist and Theory from our texts. Your assignment is to present that theory to the class. You will need to teach the material in a fun and meaningful way (not just lecture & powerpoint). It is required that you include a class activity and a handout that focuses on learning the theory. You could assign the leadership instrument/questionnaire that goes along with every chapter to get the class thinking about your theory.
