Students are to create a mockumentary film

5 photos submitted (one photo for each photo technique -Stop Action, Blurred Action, Great Depth of Field, Shallow Depth of Field and Attempt At Panning) Minimum 25 photos (not including rejects) should be organized and labeled. Top 5 submitted will be identified with shutter, f/stop and iso. Reflection/analysis.

CHALLENGE: To create the first mobile app for an Android device.

Students are to select a Movie from a variety of film genres and create a movie trailer of the Opposite Genre by cautiously selecting scenes and music.

A still life provides us with the opportunity to design and manipulate the subject matter so that we can pay greater attention to detail. When shooting inanimate objects the photographer has unquestioned control over their subject – no live models to squirm and fidget, no chance shadows to disturb the appearance of a face or figure. Time is also under the control of the photographer.

Create a magazine cover that looks like a real magazine. Choose the title of the publication. Then, be sure you include a title, photos, headline articles, dateline and follow a monthly theme. Be creative and make the finished product look as professional as possible. Be aware of the marketability and audience appeal of your magazine. Follow all your desktop publishing guidelines using InDesign and Photoshop. The final project must be an Indesign document.

Students will write a short story based on conventional story writing methods about the person who has worn the shoe they chose.
