Students will create a video or multimedia presentation talking about how, when and by whom some rooms are used in their homes. They must talk about the furniture in the room and the activities or chores related to those rooms in their homes.

U8- Los recados por su comunidad
Students are to create a master map of their county by using all the locations in their vocabulary. They will add a minimum of 8 new buildings and 8 streets labeled in Spanish to the county map. They will each write 3 sets of directions and 3 sets of tasks using "tu" or "Ud." commands to do and errand at each of the partner destinations in their county. They will be walking and driving. They will all start from their home community.

Spanish One - Poetry Project
Two students will create an original poem for their invitee to the Day of the dead celebration. Use any school appropriate topic consisting of 2 stanzas of four lines each. Students put poem on either construction paper or small poster board. 8 x 11.5 okay. Make poem visually appealing. Poem must be in Spanish and use vocabulary and grammar from Spanish One.
