This is an assessment of a science portfolio that students will have created over the entire term. Each individual assignment will have already been marked so this is an assessment of the portfolio as a whole. Both the teacher and the student will mark the portfolio according to this rubric.

Write an information report on one of the Colombian Endangered species. Write about its physical characteristics, habitat, diet, migration, and threats to the animal. Include any other interesting information you deem necessary. The report must be at least 4 pages long (typed 12 font or handwritten) not including any pictures. A Works Cited page must be included in report with all sources cited with name and where you got it. Books and other reading material must include page numbers.
